Wellbeing Wednesday & Workshops

I developed Wellbeing Wednesday for Cheshire West and Cheshire to help support individuals with anxiety and depression get back into work.

 

When suffering from depression/anxiety, going back into work can add to your mental health issues. 


In today's society, getting back into work is a expectation. 


Wellbeing Wednesday supports this by offering one to one health mentoring focussing on the 5 ways to wellbeing.


It also offers a wellbeing workshop every Wednesday at Winsford Workzone starting at 12.30pm. 


This is a great experience to learn new skills, build confidence and be with like minded individuals.
